We provide free estimates for fencing projects. All estimates are based on information provided at the time of consultation and are subject to change if project scope, materials, or site conditions differ from initial assessment. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. We typically require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept various payment methods, which will be specified in your contract.

4. Project Timeline and Delays

We strive to complete all projects within the estimated timeframe provided. However, project timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, material availability, permit delays, or unforeseen site conditions. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize disruptions.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring access to the work area and marking any underground utilities or irrigation systems before work begins. You must also obtain any necessary approvals from homeowners associations or local authorities before installation. We can assist with permit applications, but final approval is the responsibility of the property owner.

Customers must provide accurate property line information. We are not responsible for disputes arising from incorrect property boundaries.

6. Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Our labor warranty covers installation defects for a specified period as outlined in your contract. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturers and vary by product. We will assist with warranty claims as needed.

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by natural disasters, improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

7. Limitation of Liability

Greeneville Fencing Professional is fully licensed and insured. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage to protect both our company and our customers.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

If you need to cancel a scheduled project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation policies and any applicable fees will be outlined in your contract. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered or work has already begun.
